Find what is slowing your back office down.
Operational Review helps companies with teams of 20–200 understand how their people, payroll and finance processes work. We identify recurring delays and turn the findings into a practical sequence of improvements.
Discuss your processesWhen a review helps
Documents get buried in email. Approvals wait for the owner. Payroll inputs arrive at the last minute. The business grows, and manual administration grows with it. We can start with one process that is causing the most friction.
For transport and logistics companies
Frequent staff arrivals and departures, inputs from drivers and warehouse teams, and approvals across locations can put pressure on administration. We review document handovers, responsibilities and timely payroll inputs. We also adapt this approach to businesses in other industries.
What we review
- How people and payroll inputs are collected and passed to the relevant specialist.
- How invoices move from receipt and approval to payment preparation.
- How documents are signed, stored and handed over.
- Who owns each step and where automation could help.
What you receive
An overview of current workflows, a map of issues and risks, and priorities for improvement. A practical 90-day plan sets out what to keep in-house, what to simplify or automate, and which operations could be handed to OPERFRAME. We agree the review scope before work begins.
How we work
We start with the owner and key team members, review selected workflows and tools, and examine how work moves between people. We then discuss the findings and next steps together. Implementation and ongoing management of agreed operations can follow the review.
Keep the specialists you trust
We can work with your current accountant and existing systems. The review focuses on operating processes. Accounting, tax, legal work and payroll calculation have their own agreed scope and relevant specialists. Payment authority is agreed separately.
Before we speak
Do we need to outsource everything?
No. We can begin with a selected workflow.
Will we need new software?
Not necessarily. We review the process and existing tools first.
What should we prepare?
One example of a difficult workflow, who is involved, and the tools you use. Please leave confidential documents out of the initial message.
How is the price determined?
It depends on the scope and complexity of the review and is set out in the proposal.
Where is paperwork slowing you down?
Tell us how you collect payroll inputs and sign documents with employees or contractors. In our first conversation, we will identify which steps to simplify and where to start.
